![]() It's home to 35 llamas, a miniature horse & donkey, a couple want to be guardian dogs and two barn cats.
![]() The ranch was moved in 2004 from a 4 1/2 acre ranch known as "Llinda Llane Llama Ranch" to a 37 acre ranch that we have renamed "Four R Llama Ranch". We have had to start with bare land and will probably be under construction for a while.
Linda saw a picture of some llamas in a Country Women Magazine in 1992 and that started her new journey. She got in contact with Betty Barkman, a well known trainer in California. Linda did as much research as she could before buying the first two geldings. Linda visited several local ranches as well as long distance ranches including Hinterland trying to learn as much as she could from other breeders. Just like other llamas lovers out there Linda couldn't stop with two geldings soon there were breeding females
in the pasture.![]() Lisa started learning about llamas in 1990 and was taken under the wings of the Llamas of the Wine Country group in California's beautiful bay area wine country. Lisa has worked and learned from several llama and a couple alpaca ranches. She started showing in 1993 and was hooked for life.
Today Linda, Lisa, Kayla and Madison enjoy running the family ranch, raising llamas and traveling to many llama events. The llama community is a second family to us.
