We were searching for an outstanding male to add to our program, and we found him! Possessing a laid back disposition with drapey-silky fiber, we consider THE ROYAL KA-CHOO to be one of the best ingredients in our program. An excellent blend of Canadian, Foundation North American, and Outcross Chilean blood was one of the reason we selected him to cross with our diversified collection of females. KA-CHOO's pedigree is a history book of great llamas. His pedigree holds the following: </I></div> <bR> <div> <I>     KA-CHOO is sired by THE ROYAL CANADIAN, who was one of the most well advertised full North American herdsires of our time. The sire of many notable animals, among them, TIARA MISU, Golden Gate Breeder's Choice Sale High Seller, who went to Iris Christ's Llama Woods Farm program until her dispersal. TIARA MISU went on to be a part of the breeding herds of Feathers and Friends Farm (FFF) and Sundown Farms. THE ROYAL CANADIAN will perhaps go down as one of the best producing sons of THE CANADIAN. </I></div> <bR> <div> <I>     Grand-Sire, THE CANADIAN, was a part of Don Rick's Royal Canadian herd of llamas before being purchased for $29,000 in 1988 by Patterson Llamas. His dam, CHIQUITA, considered "the Queen" of the Rick's herd produced Futurity champions CHICO, CHACO, and TIETA, Hartman Futurity Winner's back in the 80's. THE CANADIAN himself went on to produce many outside progeny. Many of his Grand-Get have been multiple Champions and Futurity winners who include: SNOWME (2X ALSA Reserve National Champion & LFA Maturity Champion), CASTANERO (National Grand Champion), and many more. THE CANADIAN is also the sire of ESKADRA and THE CAT'S MEOW, who were well known producers for Michael and Linda Pierce of the late Co-Rect Llama Ranch, and Tom Hoffmaster of Mill Creek Farm. </I></div> <bR> <div> <I>KA-CHOO's dam, B.T.S.
